WE ARE A GROUNDBREAKING PILATES STUDIO IN DOWNTOWN MEMPHIS
We literally broke through the ground floor of The Medicine Factory to form the building’s next iteration of art in the form of pilates and yoga.
From the time you step into the space, you’ll experience a spa-like, relaxing atmosphere with scented candles, soft lighting and colors as well as a warm face and hand towel in the lobby along with custom personal lockers and showers.
The studio itself is calmly lit and heated with infrared panels, which helps the stimulation of white blood cell production among many other health benefits. The studio floor is raised with an underlayment to help absorb impact during workout. Upon completion and as your heart rate returns to a resting state, experience a cool face towel before retreating to the lobby.
WHY HOT PILATES?
Hot HIIT Pilates - Is a full body, low impact workout that uses high intensity interval training with Pilates-based principles to create the most effective workout for all levels. The heated room helps reduce stress, boost immune systems, and improve flexibility.
Our custom Infrared panels offer a different version of heat that you won’t find in normal hot rooms. Additionally, the heat aids in detoxification, weight loss, and increased circulation.
WHY HOT YOGA?
Healthier mind and body - Yoga in a heated room takes the idea of reducing stress and improving flexibility to another level. The heat helps the body’s ability to circulate blood to muscles more efficiently, burn more calories, and relax the mind.
THE DIFFERENCE OF INFRARED
Infrared heat panels provide numerous benefits.
Benefits of Infrared panels:
- heat stress protein activation that prevents damage of aging cells and prevents muscle atrophy;
- stimulation of white blood cell production which boosts immune system, helps with relaxation;
- healing of connective tissue and vascular disease symptoms;
- infrared in particular, directly hits and penetrates skin rather than the space around you, giving you the warmth of sunlight without UV rays.

You can start your Dose Hot Pilates & Yoga journey simply by signing up and registering on this site.
All of our classes are suitable for all levels and at Dose we encourage you to move at your own pace and modify poses for your own body. If you’re new to Hot Yoga and Pilates, we recommend starting with our individual classes. Arrive early to class so you can have time to sign in and relax on your mat before we begin. Lastly, bring a mat, towel and water to class.
We also recommend that you arrive early to all classes, as we want to make sure that you are properly warmed up so that you don’t suffer any injuries during your practice.
Finally, don’t forget to stay hydrated before class!
