WHERE TO START?
You can start your Dose Hot Pilates & Yoga journey simply by signing up and registering on this site.
All of our classes are suitable for all levels and at Dose we encourage you to move at your own pace and modify poses for your own body. If you’re new to Hot Yoga and Pilates, we recommend starting with our individual classes. Arrive early to class so you can have time to sign in and relax on your mat before we begin. Lastly, bring a mat, towel and water to class.
We also recommend that you arrive early to all classes, as we want to make sure that you are properly warmed up so that you don’t suffer any injuries during your practice.
Finally, don’t forget to stay hydrated before class!
